LEGSS

Following a sold-out tour support with Hotel Lux in February 2020, a place on Huw Stephen’s BBC Radio 1 2020 One’s to Watch show, and consistent backing from BBC Radio 6’s Steve Lamacq in October 2020, Legss are quickly building momentum as one of Britain’s most exciting new bands. Their debut EP Writhing Comedy, released in September 2019, was recorded by Luke Kulukundis (Gong, Black Bordello) and mixed by Lloyd Macdonald (Biig Piig, Aminé, Puma Blue).

In December 2019 they released Good News Horse, a book comprised of monologues, illustrations and original artworks all designed collaboratively by the band. On October 2nd 2020, Legss released their celebrated five- track EP Doomswayers, which received backing from Huw Stephens, Jack Saunders and Steve Lamacq. The band also released a music video for the track On Killing A Swan Blues.

KEG

Brighton based 7-piece Keg introduce themselves with debut single "Heyshaw", coinciding with the announcement of their signing to Alcopop! Records and the release of debut EP 'Assembly' out 22nd October.

From the support from Steve Lamacq (Radio 6), DIY, So Young and Clash magazines, they are hyped as next big Wonky Pop band. Produced by the band themselves and mixed by Sean Oakley (Show Me The Body, Scalping, Kae Tempest, Sorry), "Heyshaw" (new single) is a dizzying slice of joyous indie-punk. Singer Albert Haddenham said this of the new single: "The first tune we wrote as Keg is a cheeky ditty about my mum's family, growing up on Heyshaw farm in the Yorkshire dales and various RAF camps around the world, from Nidderdale to Kuwait, Kuala Lumpur to Driffield, Whippets to Frankfurters. The culture clash must have been quite stark.
